Prior utilizing our Services , signing up for subscriptions or app membership, you attest to your agreement and compliance with the following points:

Any material or conduct that in our judgment violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the services or removal of user's account with or without notice.

Violators will  be blocked and banned and risk legal prosecution according to laws of Canada, depending on the nature and severity of the abuse. "Freedom of speech" does not include freedom to discriminate based on gender identity, sexual orientation, body type, race, creed, or religion.

If a member is at risk of self-harm, it is their responsibility to immediately contact emergency services, their therapist or a medical professional. 4.  That if consultation services are rendered, discretion must be used by the recipient as to what to take seriously and what not to take seriously and whether or not to believe and/or act on advice, channeled information or spiritual advice.  Readings, such as via Divination, are for entertainment purposes only.

5.  That Membership may be cancelled at any time for any reason and that Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications is always evolving and thus changing. Members hold sole responsibility for staying up to date. Updates may be provided via the site Blog, email notices, and/or social media as soon as it is possible to do so.

6.  That in using a Members' Communication Space and any other Services for the purposes of a social interaction, you understand that you are responsible for your actions and that such Services are not always moderated or attended.

7.  That purchased Services purchased from Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications staff may be cancelled due to health issues such as severe migraine or other unplanned or extenuating circumstances and if cancelled that they will be rescheduled and honored at a later date.

8.  That purchased Services such as Consultations or Readings or Paid Subscriptions must be paid for in advance and that there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever.

All Products purchased via The Eye of the Serpent Spring shop or DeviantArt are handled by the platforms  wherein they may be purchased.  Should you have concerns or have any problems with a physical productfrom Spring or download of digital art via DeviantArt, please contact the appropriate platform. In purchasing such goods, you are in agreement with this policy and will not hold Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications, and/or Ishtar Zarael Anu responsible for any losses or complications.

 

This agreement does not apply to or extend to all digital art, video, music and podcast platforms hosting works by Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications such as videos under "BE A GOAT! Productions", podcasts and special presentations under  "The Voice of The Infernal Empire" and "Oracle of the Ancients" and music by "The Art of ZAR".  Such products are not handled directly by Obsidian Mirror Arts & Publications or by Ishtar Zarael Anu, but delivery of same is entrusted to the platforms whereupon they are made available for free use and/or purchase.

There are no refunds for E-books, Digital Art, Tarot Readings, Oracle Readings or other Consultations.

Participating in Promotions:

 

We may post banners, advertisements, promotions, affiliate links and similar content throughout the Site. If we offer promotions, they will be subject to additional terms and conditions to which you must agree before entering ("Promotions Rules"). The Promotions Rules are considered part of these Terms and therefore part of the binding legal Agreement between you and us. Please read any Promotions Rules carefully before entering Ishtar Zarael Anu may receive some form of payment or benefit from your use of affiliate links and urls found within the site, in YouTube content descriptions,  and books by Ishtar Zarael Anu.

 

 

Disputes:

 

The Terms and any and all disputes, issues, controversies, or matters arising herefrom, related hereto, or otherwise arising from or related to the Site, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws and decisions of  the Province of British Columbia, without giving effect to its choice of law or conflict of law provisions. You agree that the state and federal courts sitting in Vancouver, British Columbia shall be the exclusive forum and sites for the resolution of any and all disputes, issues, controversies or matters arising herefrom, related hereto, or otherwise arising from or related to the Site, and that any such disputes, issues, controversies, or matters shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in Vancouver, British Columbia and service of process by certified mail. If any part of this Section is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the Terms and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
